I bought a bunch of Arcadia: the Wyld Hunt CCG when it was on clearance circa 2001. I never played it with others, but it was completely playable solo. The rules were easily adaptable for a sort of RPG play. Unfortunately, I don't know Changeling at all. All I can say is that it was a pretty competent fantasy RPG-type game. Gameplay was travelling the countryside, taking on quests, choosing to explore at risk of monster, and completing the quests. I believe you earned points on quests that had some sort of carryover from game to game.
