Please stop telling us what a horrible day you've had. If you're looking for sympathy, perhaps your audience is not the best place to look for it. Especially without details. Now, I'm not asking you to reveal your darkest secrets, but if you're not willing to share, keep it to yourself. You're just whining.

Or maybe, you could consider that we also don't want to deal with hate mail or stalking from people who listen to the show in regards to our personal lives. People like to hear from us, and we share what we can, but for the exact same reason you don't want to put your name on your comment, we don't want to share details.
